If you are unsatisfied with your SYB® purchase and would not like a replacement, SYB® provides a 30-Day return period.
- Please contact us using the form, below.
- We will send you two labels. One to be placed on your return package, including the return address, and one to place inside of the box (so warehouse staff can identify the return). Failure to insert the page in the return package may lead to a loss of the return package.
- Pack the product in its original box or a well-protected box, as outlined in the return shipping Instructions. SYB is not responsible for shipping damage or the loss of any product.
- All returns shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. The customer also assumes full liability for losses or damages resulting from shipping as well as all responsibility to pursue remuneration for such issues with their selected carrier.
- Once we receive your shipment we will evaluate its condition and process your return. Returns may take up to 5 business days to process and you will receive a confirmation of your refund.
